By accessing or using humanizeaiwork.com (“HumanizeAI,” “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and premium subscribers.

🌐 1. Service Description

HumanizeAI provides an AI text humanization tool that transforms AI-generated content (from ChatGPT, GPT-4, Bard, Claude, and similar tools) into natural, human-like writing. Our Service includes:

• AI text humanization across 8 writing styles (Standard, Academic, Simple, Flowing, Formal, Informal, Expand, Shorten).
• AI detection bypass to help content pass GPT-Zero, Turnitin, Originality.ai, and similar detectors.
• Free tier with a monthly credit allowance and premium plans for unlimited usage.
• Multilingual support for English, French, German, Portuguese, and Chinese.

✅ 2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use HumanizeAI you must be at least 13 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You will notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You will not create accounts to circumvent free usage limits or bans.

🚫 3. Acceptable Use Policy

You may use HumanizeAI for any lawful purpose. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute spam, malware, or phishing content.
• Create content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or promotes violence.
• Infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service without express written permission.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice.

💳 4. Subscription Plans & Billing

HumanizeAI offers the following plans:

• Free Plan — Limited monthly credits; no credit card required.
• Pro Plan — Unlimited humanizations, priority processing, and advanced features. Billed monthly or annually.
• Enterprise Plan — Custom usage limits and team features. Contact us for pricing.

All paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle.

💰 5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain full access until then.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law.

Our content: All software, design, branding, and content comprising the HumanizeAI platform are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without express written consent.

Your content: You retain full ownership of any text you submit for humanization. By submitting text, you grant HumanizeAI a limited, non-exclusive license to process that text solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Your text is never stored, sold, or used for any other purpose.

HumanizeAI is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
• Humanized content will pass every AI detection tool in every circumstance (detection tools are updated frequently).
• The Service meets your specific requirements or expectations.

You use the Service at your own risk. You are solely responsible for how you use humanized content, including compliance with your institution’s academic integrity policies or applicable regulations.

🛡️ 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HumanizeAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, or goodwill—arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and notify registered users by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
